Corporate Volunteerism in the COVID-19 Era

July 14 webinar-2

Volunteering is a purposeful and popular way to engage employees while helping our community.  However, in the current social distancing era, companies are searching for ways to impact their community while keeping their employees and the larger population safe.

Join us as we talk with Points of Light's Chief Civic Innovation Officer, Jennifer Lawson, about how COVID-19 has changed workplace volunteering and what is ahead as workers return.

  • What does virtual volunteering look like?
  • Is masking-sewing volunteering?
  • What does the shift in work-from-home attitudes mean for the support our communities need now and after the pandemic?
  • And More.

“We can find meaning and reward by serving some higher purpose than ourselves, a shining purpose, the illumination of a thousand points of light … we all have something to give.” – President George H.W. Bush, Founder of Points of Light
