Bob Patterson earned his Masters degree in Physical Therapy (M.P.T.) from Mount Saint Mary’s College, CA and a Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from California Lutheran University. His specialties in all phases of his didactic training have been domain-specific to Briotix’ current core businesses - injury prevention, technology-enabled risk reduction solutions, rehabilitation science, and best practices in workers’ compensation cost containment.
In 1993, he founded ALA Ergonomic Resources. He dissolved that organization in favor of a broader approach afforded through his next startup, Omega Health Systems (OHS). OHS grew over the years and was rebranded Briotix in 2014. As Executive Vice President and Co-Founder, Bob oversees strategic development for Briotix Health with an eye on driving cost containment through workforce performance optimization.
Regional Director, Health and Productivity Analytics and Consulting Practice at Prudential
Heidi consults with customers to address benefit concerns through providing analytics that identify data-driven solutions in coordination with designing and implementing policies and practices that impact employee health and productivity and minimize absence. Bimrose’s previously held positions as a director of health and productivity and as a vocational rehabilitation consultant, as well working for over 10 years as a director of disability services and ADA coordinator at universities in Illinois and Tennessee. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS), and a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
Regional, Director Health & Productivity Analytics and Consulting Practice at Prudential Group
Tori has an extensive background in HR and works alongside customers’ HR teams to help with all aspects of lost time and absence management (data gathering, lost time trend analysis, industry benchmarking and overall ongoing plan management, measurement and return to work/stay at work development). Prior to joining the HPAC team in 2018, Weeks directed the integrated absence management and vocational services and unemployment program for the Ohio State University’s Office of human resources. She has more than 24 years of experience in benefits services, including retirement, executive compensation, deferred compensation, workers’ compensation, family and medical leave, disability management, and unemployment benefits. Among her accomplishments, she designed and developed the university’s transitional work policy for its 55,000+-member workforce, which saved the university $4.2 million within its first year.
