About the Speakers:

Paul Burille MS, LAT/ATC, Associate Client Manager at Briotix Health

Paul received his Master’s in Athletic Training from the Seton Hall University and his Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology from the University of California at Davis. He has worked in a variety of different athletic training settings including NCAA universities, NFL, High School, Junior College and has over 9 years of experience in the Industrial Setting with Briotix Health. In the industrial setting, Paul has experience working with utilities, lab, manufacturing, distribution and warehouse facilities.

In his current role as an Associate Client Manager, Paul is responsible for supporting the needs of 14 clients. His main responsibilities include client stakeholder communication, client provider support, rollout of new services, development of ergonomics deliverables, and fostering the growth and success of existing clients.

 

Bill Griffin PTA, Team Supervisor at Briotix Health

Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Tennessee Tech University and is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) from Volunteer State Community College. With over 11 years of experience, he has worked in various healthcare settings including skilled nursing, outpatient orthopedics, and home health care. In 2021, Bill joined Briotix Health, where he specializes in injury prevention, ergonomics education, and discomfort management within industrial environments.

Currently serving as a Team Supervisor, Bill is responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of 35 professionals across the Southeast and Midwest regions. His key responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, and coaching Industrial Sports Medicine Professionals (ISMPs). Bill also plays a crucial role in the implementation of new client sites, ensuring client satisfaction, reviewing and auditing documentation, and facilitating client expansion. He is dedicated to mentoring ISMPs, empowering them to reach their personal and professional goals.
