She has provided ergonomic services to industries through the past 20 years and has worked with a diverse group of clients and their employees, including telecom, automotive, food and beverage, aerospace, retail, office space, and biotech industries. Heather Ritz attained her Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio. She is a Certified Professional Ergonomist through the Board of Certified Professional Ergonomists.  Heather’s background includes over 20 years of applying ergonomics in various industries throughout the US and internationally.
